Pickle Project started with a simple goal: to fix bad pickles and say no to soft, lifeless gherkins. Based in London, they make everything by hand, using only natural ingredients. Their brine is made with ultrasonic technology that extracts deep flavour from herbs and spices—resulting in complex, crisp, punchy pickles that taste incredibly good.
