How do I place an order on DELLI B2B?
Once you’ve created an account and are approved, you can browse the platform and add products to your cart. Orders are placed directly with each maker, and you'll receive order confirmations via email.
Does DELLI B2B offer payment terms?
Your first order must be paid upfront via debit or credit card at checkout. After that, we're happy to discuss flexible payment terms tailored to your retail business needs — just fill out the following form in the link below.

How long does delivery take?
You can expect your delivery to arrive within 5–7 working days from the point of order. You’ll receive tracking updates via email as soon as your order is on the way.
Is it safe to buy on DELLI?
Yes! Whilst our makers are small, they’re regulated. All DELLI makers must be registered as a food business, and are required to follow food hygiene standards.
How do things get delivered?
Once you place your order, we will pack it up and ship it to you. The shipping method and carrier service used will vary depending on the size of your order.
What if my order doesn’t arrive or it arrives damaged?
We are sorry this happened! But don’t worry, we are here for you! Get in touch with us on support@delli.market and include your order number. We will make sure you either get your order, replace it or refund you!
