Sohini has been a private chef since 2018, hosting supperclubs inspired by the flavours of Bengal. Along the way, her condiments have become a core part of what she serves to her guests. These are always seasonal and no-waste, true to the food of her grandparents.
She is excited to be sharing the love through DELLI, and getting her family's flavours out to more hungry people.
