Big Jim’s is an Edinburgh-based hot sauce brand, all about crafting bold, barrel-aged sauces with deep and spicy flavors.

 
This sauce is like a Hot Toddy in a bottle, but with an extra kick from Whisky Barrel Aged yellow Scotch Bonnets. Sweet, sticky, and smooth with just the right amount of tartness, this mild sauce is perfect for drizzling over fried chicken or stirring through a stir fry.
