A sparkling and fresh Mojito cocktail, that's not too sweet.

To make this, Little Mercies distill fresh mint at super low temperatures to preserve its freshness. They then distill Palo Santo - a type of wood from Peru - to bring additional woody and menthol notes. It's finished off with Eminente Ambar Claro 3 Year Rum, and some lime, sugar and lactic acid to balance it all out. It's made in small batches, and carbonated by hand, to ensure the highest level of bubbles.

Made with distilled mint, Eminent Rum, soft lime and soda.
