This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is composed of Leccino, Gentile, Peranzana and Moraiolo varieties. Popoli's cold-pressed EVOO takes after the motto of the region: forte e gentile. Strong and gentle. Unfiltered, peppery, yet silky smooth, it’s a combination that means you can use it for everything – your nonna’s focaccia recipe or drizzled over sea salt gelato.
