This is a sharing pack of bite-sized, seaweed flavoured rice crackers. They're a super crisp, savoury snack, which is ideal for a mid-afternoon treat when you're craving something quick and satisfying, or to serve alongside sliced or tinned fish seasoned lightly with soy and rice vinegar.
These are made using whole, nourishing ingredients. The base is made from Thai sticky rice, which is bound naturally with watermelon juice, and finally flavoured with special seaweed flakes.
