Savvy Ferments was set up by Brighton-based couple Savvy and Stevo to create deliciously addictive raw unpasteurised sauerkraut. This blend uses turmeric and ginger, which are known for their anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. It has a fruity and aromatic flavour. Best served with burgers or scrambled tofu and rice.
